Our R&D Ecosystem
CallMetric AI is a professional technology project based at the Düzce Teknopark R&D office. The team of academic advisors, data scientists, and software engineers continuously develops the model in collaboration with universities across Turkey.
The partnership with Düzce Teknopark has made CallMetric AI one of Turkey's strong AI ventures.
Field Tests
CallMetric AI has been tested in a real operational environment as part of a joint pilot project with Bilsoft Yazılım Call Center. Thousands of call records were analyzed to optimize the platform's accuracy, emotion recognition capability, and reporting quality.
Today CallMetric AI operates as a proven enterprise solution backed by field data, not just lab results.
